Ange's Bhoys T-shirt

Welcome to Celtic Park, Ange Postecoglou.

The Celtic Football Club acquired Postecoglou's services to start the 2021-22 Scottish Championship season. He joined from Japan's Yokohama F. Marinos, whom he coached to the J1 League title in 2019. He previously led the Australian men's national football team to victory in the 2015 AFC Asian Cup and won A-League and National Soccer League championships with Brisbane Roar and South Melbourne respectively.

Aside from winning the Asian Cup, Postecoglou coached Australia at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. He controversially stepped away from the role in 2017 after clinching qualification for the World Cup held in Russia the following year.

Postecoglou has the biggest challenge of his career on his hands as he becomes the first Australian manager to lead a top-flight European club. One he has been dreaming of since his coaching journey began in Melbourne.
